Is this a monthly service?

After that, you’ll only pay $100/month to keep your dashboard, calendar, automations, and content running. No contracts. Cancel anytime.

What do I need to provide?

Once you pay, you’ll fill out a short onboarding form with some business basics. It takes about 10 minutes. After that, we’ll reach out for any branding materials you have (logo, headshots, brand colors, etc.) We’ll also need to have a quick conversation to optimize your automations and AI agents. We’ll handle the rest.

Will you manage my marketing after this is built?

This isn’t a retainer or agency engagement. The Kickstart Kit is a "set it up right, once and for all" system. After we build it, you’ll have full access and full control.

What if I need support later?

We’ll make sure you understand how to use everything when we hand over the keys. Additionally, basic tech support is included with your monthly subscription and you can submit a trouble ticket any time with our online form. We usually fix problems within 2 business days. Additionally, you have an optional but guaranteed 60 minute call every month for the first year where you can ask questions and get help.

What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time by simply letting us know. You won’t be charged again. When your subscription dies (whether it’s 2 days later, or 30 days later), you will no longer have access to your dashboard. The booking calendar and automations we set up for you will no longer be functional. The scheduled posting function for social media will no longer work. In this case, we are happy to provide you with remaining graphics and captions so you can manually post or use another scheduling tool. If you decide to come back within 1 year, we can turn your system back on for a $200 re-activation fee.
